I found a 2020 Shelby GT500 at ReCar online and was put in contact with Martin. From texting with Martin and one phone call, I was able to negotiate a fair deal in a total time of 10 minutes. ZERO HASSLE. I asked for more pics and more history on the car, which Martin immediately sent along with a video of the vehicle running. Clean Carfax, clean Autocheck, and clean history on the national auto crash system. A prior insurance event, title brand, or damage-history report usually affects a vehicle’s market value. That history allows buyers to purchase a newer vehicle, higher trim level, or better-equipped vehicle for less than a similar clean-history vehicle.
Safety comes down to how well a vehicle was repaired and inspected, not the label on its title. A rebuilt title actually tells you a vehicle already passed the inspection required by the titling state before it could be sold again as roadworthy, which is more than you know about most vehicles with a plain clean title.
